WORDS OF LIVING WATERS DAILY INSPIRATION
Monday, 6th April,2026
*Theme: Be witnesses of the Resurrection.
( Acts 2: 14, 22-33, Ps 16,Matt 28:8-15)
We are called to make the resurrection alive in our societies. People must come to believe that truly Jesus rose from the dead with power. This is exactly what the disciples did at their days. They proclaimed this message without fear or favor. Jesus used them to perform a lot of great things to the marvel of many to show that, truly he is alive. Even Peter who denied him three times could speak in front of a multitude as a witness to the resurrection.
We must allow the power of the resurrection to transform our lives. When we experience these great deeds of God in our lives, then people will come to believe and accept that Jesus is alive in us. Our way of life as people of faith will confirm whether we believe that Jesus is alive or not. Like the Jewish leaders who tried to discredit the resurrection by paying bribes and creating fabricated stories, some of our people are not different from them.
When Jesus does great things for us to show that he is alive in us, others try to discredit it by projecting negative things about it. Don’t be worried, these lies will not stand the test of time. Evil and lies can never triumph over good. Let people see the power of the resurrection alive in you. Let them know that your Jesus is powerful and able to do all because he has triumphed over death. And death could not hold him captive .
May the resurrection power of Jesus continue to manifest in our live. Amen.

Tuesday, 7th April, 2026.
Theme: Look for the Risen Lord
(Acts 2: 36-41Ps 33, Jn 20:11-18)
Mary Magdalene kept on looking for her master until she encountered him. Of course, she couldn’t make him up , it was Jesus who made her to make him up. This was someone who gave her entire being to love and serve the Lord.
In our moments of distress, let’s turn to the risen Lord. He will surely respond and come to our aid. Sometimes we feel that he is very far from us, but rather he is so close to us than we think. Jesus was with Mary but she couldn’t recognize him. The very person she was crying to see was with her , but because she was blinded spiritually, she couldn’t see.
We are also equally blinded spiritually, making it difficult for us to see the Lord,who is with us . We need to pray for the power of the resurrection to heal us from all forms of spiritual blindness. The Lord knows us by our name, and he is going to respond accordingly, just as it happened to Mary.
Don’t give up in your search and your prayer life. Jesus will answer at the right moment. Keep on pouring your hearts unto the Lord. But remember he is with you in your frustrating situation. Jesus has not abandoned you. Your story will change one day.
May the resurrection power of Jesus touch us today and make us recognize him in our lives. Amen.

WORDS OF LIVING WATERS DAILY INSPIRATION
Thursday,9th April, 2026.
Theme: Believe in the great deeds of the Lord
( Acts 3: 11-26,Ps 8, Lk 24:35-48)
The disciples am sure were praying that their master will resurrect from the dead to shame the Jewish leaders and all who worked against him. But when this great deed of God happened, some of the disciples couldn’t believe their eyes. Meanwhile Jesus had appeared to a number of them.
We are not different from the disciples of Jesus. Sometimes we pray for certain things in life, but when our prayers are answered we tend to be in shock. Meanwhile, that was what we have been praying for. I know sometimes some of us breakdown into tears of joy. But that should not put us into disbelief as if to say our God is not capable.
These great deeds of God in our lives should be a proof that he is able to do all things. These moments should not be those of fear and trembling but those of great joy and testimony time. We should let the whole world know the wonders of God in our lives. We are called to be witnesses to the mighty deeds of God. As Peter made the multitude to know that there is a transforming power in the name of Jesus, we are equally called to proclaim same.
Make people believe that there is extraordinary power in the name of Jesus. The life of a Christian is one of faith and believe in the wonders of God. We cannot hope for something and doubt it when it happens. Today I want you to believe in what you pray for and know that it is possible. Encourage someone today that nothing is beyond God. He ceases to be God if he does the ordinary things. He is extraordinary, hence he does extraordinary things.
May the resurrection power of Jesus touch us today and make us believe his mighty deeds in our lives. Amen.

WORDS OF LIVING WATERS DAILY INSPIRATION
Friday, 10th April,2026.
Theme: The Presence of Jesus changes the Story
( Acts 4: 1-12,Ps118, Lk 21:1-14).
Beloved in Christ, the Jesus’ effect is very necessary in our lives. In one of his appearances to his disciples, he proved to them that life without him is a failure. Indeed, life without Christ is full of crisis. He continued to reveal himself to them to affirm his resurrection and the need for them to believe it themselves and be witnesses.
They had gone back to their usual fishing to make ends meat, but had struggled to catch something. But the presence of their master changed the story. They didn’t even go into the deep sea, but had a great catch. All because of the Jesus’effect. Those who know a bit about fishing will tell you that mostly it is in the deep waters that you can get good catch. It takes something extraordinary to make a good catch at the shallow part of the waters. I can testify to this because I have lived in fishing communities.
But with Jesus it doesn’t matter the deepness of the water. He makes all things possible. Where there seems to be no hope, there he puts hope into such situations. He is a God of possibilities. He makes impossibilities to be possible. We only need to invite him into our situation, we only need to allow him into that hopeless condition. Don’t be discouraged because all hope seem to be shattered. Jesus is in the boat of life with you.
Sometimes we don’t need to invite him because he is already with us , but the problem is we are not able to recognize him. Just as it was the case of the disciples, who couldn’t make up the presence of their master. Again, they obeyed his commands without any arguments. These were fishermen who have been fishing all their lives. In the first place, they didn’t even know who Jesus was. They recognized him after the miracle. They knew that no other person can do this except Jesus.
As people of faith, we should know that only Jesus can do certain things in our lives. We should too like the disciples should obey the commands of Jesus. If we truly want to see the hand of God in our lives, then we got to allow him to take charge of our lives. We should allow him to drive the car of our lives. As the Author of our lives, he alone has the power to drive us to a safe destination.
The problem is that, most of us wants to drive the car of life ourselves. We want our own will to be done and not that of Jesus. Then how can we experience his transforming power in our lives? Of course not. His presence changes everything in our lives. I want you to know that Jesus is in that boat with you. Only ask for his grace to recognize him all the time. Never ever give up.
May the resurrection power of Jesus touch us today and make us experience the effects of his presence in our lives. Amen.
